Do I need the DJI GPS remote for overlays?
No. The overlay uses your ride file as the telemetry source. Any device that exports FIT, GPX, or TCX — a bike computer, a watch, or a phone app — replaces the remote for cycling overlays.
Which Osmo Action models work?
Any model that produces a browser-playable video file. The camera supplies the footage; the ride file supplies the telemetry.
What metrics can the overlay show?
Speed, route, distance, elevation, grade, time, and — when the ride file has them — power, heart rate, and cadence.
