What it can do
Recording-level analysis: power bests, time in zones, heart-rate drift against power, and the moments you stopped pedalling.
Long-term context: explains why your performance changed, with the fitness, fatigue and form numbers behind it.
On-demand calculations: when no standard chart answers the question, it runs its own analysis over your ride data.
Review-first workflow: drafts a workout or calendar change for you to apply or ignore; it never changes training on its own.
How it works
Sign in to your TrainCraft account, connect rides if you have them, then ask a question about your training in your own words.
The coach reads your activities, fitness trend, zone history and plan, and pulls ride recordings when the question needs them.
Where no ready metric exists, it writes and runs its own calculation over your ride data on our servers.
You get an answer with charts or tables, and optionally a workout or week draft you can apply with one tap.
FAQ
What data does it see?
Only your own TrainCraft account data: activities, fitness metrics, zone history, plans and workouts in your library. Connect Strava or Garmin Connect™ to bring in rides. Coach answers use TrainCraft Coins; Pro AI includes monthly Coins. It never sees another athlete’s data.
Where do the numbers come from?
From your recorded rides and the metrics computed from them. The coach is not allowed to state a number that did not come from your data, and key figures are shown as charts or tables you can check.
Can it change my plan?
Not on its own. It prepares a workout or calendar draft and shows it to you; nothing is written until you review and apply it.
Is my chat sent to an AI provider?
Yes. Your messages and the training data needed to answer them are processed by an AI model provider, which is why we ask for your explicit consent before the first answer.
