By accessing and using TrainCraft ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
TrainCraft is operated by ALEXEY GVOZDITSKIY, an individual owner and registered sole proprietor in Poland, trading as Running Cat Development. ALEXEY GVOZDITSKIY is the legal service provider and the contracting party for your use of TrainCraft.

TrainCraft provides a web-based platform for creating, managing, and tracking cycling workouts. The Service includes:
You must create an account to use TrainCraft. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine you have violated these Terms of Service.
TrainCraft offers Free, PRO, and PRO AI subscription tiers with monthly or yearly billing options. Detailed features and current pricing are available on our Pricing page.
Free trials may include feature-specific usage limits disclosed before enrollment and at the affected feature. The current PRO trial includes one complete Bike Fit report for one bike, including every size and later measurement refinements. The current PRO AI trial also includes one Race Prediction and one AI training plan. No TCC are granted during the trial. For an annual PRO AI subscription, 960 TCC are granted after the first successful annual payment and each paid annual renewal. Unlimited full Bike Fit reports become available when the subscription converts to a paid plan. Trials started before this policy took effect retain the terms shown when they enrolled.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance according to your chosen billing period (monthly or yearly). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation and refunds are separate: you may also request an unconditional full refund within 14 days of any Paddle payment, including a renewal.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Current subscribers will be notified of price changes via email.
TrainCraft Coins (TCC) are a prepaid in-service balance. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and can only be spent within TrainCraft on AI Coach responses and on one-time unlocks, at the price shown before you confirm. You receive TCC as a one-time welcome grant, with a PRO AI subscription (80 TCC after each paid monthly payment, 960 TCC after each paid annual payment), or by buying coin packs on traincraft.app or in the App Store or Google Play. Free and subscription TCC are spent before purchased TCC.
TrainCraft Coins (TCC) are a prepaid balance for AI Coach responses and one-time unlocks. Coin packs purchased through Paddle are covered by the same unconditional 14-day full refund guarantee.
After the 14-day guarantee period, you may request a proportional refund of the unused part of a purchased coin pack. This additional option does not limit the unconditional full refund available within 14 days or your statutory rights.
When a coin pack or PRO AI payment is refunded, its remaining coins are removed. Unlocks paid entirely from refunded packs are revoked. Other coins spent from refunded payments become a coin debt repaid from future coin grants; your balance does not go below zero. These account adjustments do not affect the 14-day refund guarantee.
Every payment made through Paddle is covered by an unconditional 14-day full refund guarantee. This includes initial subscription payments, renewals, one-time purchases and TrainCraft Coin packs. Request a refund within 14 days of the payment for a full refund, with no exceptions or conditions. No reason is required.
You retain all rights to the workouts, training plans, and other content you create using TrainCraft. We do not claim ownership of your data.
By using our Service, you grant TrainCraft a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data.
TrainCraft integrates with third-party fitness services including Strava and Garmin Connect. These integrations allow you to:

We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or actions of third-party services. We do not control their data handling or availability.
AI-generated workouts are provided as suggestions based on available data. TrainCraft is not responsible for injuries or health issues resulting from following AI-generated workout recommendations. Consult with a healthcare professional before starting any training program.
When you use the AI Coach chat feature, your messages are sent verbatim to third-party AI model providers via OpenRouter for processing, along with your training data including activities, performance metrics, and derived statistics. This processing is necessary to generate coaching responses and workout suggestions.
You must explicitly consent to AI Coach features before first use. You can revoke this consent at any time in Settings, which will disable the chat feature. Conversation history is stored in your account and may be deleted by you at any time. AI-generated outputs are informational training guidance only and should not be considered medical advice. Consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new training program.

The TrainCraft Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by TrainCraft and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TrainCraft does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TrainCraft SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
You agree to indemnify and hold TrainCraft harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TrainCraft operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
