Do I have to export a file from Strava first?
No. Once Strava is connected, recent rides appear in the editor and you pick one from the list. Uploading a FIT, GPX, or TCX file still works if you prefer it.
Do synced rides need an account?
Yes. Synced activities belong to an account, so sign in and connect Strava or Garmin. Uploading an activity file works without connecting anything.
Does TrainCraft post anything to Strava?
No. TrainCraft only reads your activities to build the overlay. The finished video stays yours to download and share wherever you want.
Is TrainCraft affiliated with Strava?
