How Colnago sizing works
TrainCraft covers 4 Colnago models: 1 use lettered sizes and 3 use numbered sizes. Size labels do not carry over between model lines, so compare stack and reach rather than the label.
Stack and reach decide how a frame fits. Each model below lists them for every size, and the calculator reads your result against that geometry.

Frequently asked questions
- What size Colnago should I get?
- It depends on the model as much as on you. Colnago frame sizes are set per model, and two riders of the same height can need different sizes depending on inseam and torso length. Pick your model in the calculator at the top of this page, enter your height and inseam, and the check shows which size fits you.
- How do I find my Colnago frame size?
- Choose the Colnago model you are looking at, then enter your height and inseam in the size check. It compares your measurements with that model's stack and reach for every size. The model pages below show the full geometry.
- Is a Colnago size the same on every model?
- No. Size labels are set per model, and the same label can have different stack and reach on another model. Check the model you plan to buy, not the label alone.
- Which Colnago models can I check?
- TrainCraft covers 4 Colnago models: Colnago V4, Colnago V5Rs, Colnago Y1Rs, Colnago G4-X.
