We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscription plans (PRO and PRO+AI).
Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment
- This is your first time subscribing to a paid plan
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
What's Covered
The 14-day money-back guarantee covers:
- Your first subscription payment only
- Both PRO ($4.99/month) and PRO+AI ($7.99/month) plans
- Monthly subscription charges
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window:

- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Provide your account email and reason for the refund (optional but helpful)
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is approved.
What's Not Covered
Refunds are not available for:
- Recurring Payments: Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period
- Partial Months: Pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods
- Repeat Subscriptions: If you previously subscribed and cancelled, then resubscribed
- Policy Violations: Accounts terminated for violating Terms of Service
- Free Tier: The Free plan (no payment involved)
Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to Account Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No refund is issued for the remaining days (unless within 14-day window)
Refund
A refund returns your payment and immediately terminates your subscription access.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and resolve billing errors promptly, including issuing refunds when appropriate.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service:

- We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
- If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be considered
Downgrading
If you downgrade from PRO+AI to PRO, or from a paid plan to Free:
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refund is provided for the remaining time on your current plan
- You retain access to your current plan features until the billing period ends
Service Termination
If TrainCraft discontinues the service:
- Active subscribers will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused subscription time
- We will provide at least 30 days' notice before terminating the service
- You will have the opportunity to export your data
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: 5-10 business days
Please contact your financial institution if you don't see the refund after this period.
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may:
- Reply to the refund decision email with additional information
- Request escalation to a manager
- File a dispute with your payment provider (though we encourage resolving issues directly with us first)
